At Kashi Design, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in crafting and delivering quality jewelry, but we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a product. This policy outlines the terms for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns for the following conditions:
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product is not custom-made, personalized, or engraved.
Note: Custom-made, engraved, or specially sized jewelry pieces are non-returnable unless found defective.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-designed or engraved jewelry
- Personalized orders
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Products damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or mishandling
Exchange Policy
If you’d like to exchange an eligible item for a different size or design (of equal or higher value), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability and approval.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:
- Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Include clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
- We will review and offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the situation.
Refund Process
Once your return is approved and we receive the item in its original condition:
- A refund will be initiated to your original method of payment.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
How to Initiate a Return
Please follow these steps to request a return:
- Email us at zafrir87@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and product photos (if applicable).
- Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship it using a trackable shipping method to the address provided.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error.
