At Kashi Design, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in crafting and delivering quality jewelry, but we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a product. This policy outlines the terms for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for the following conditions:

• The item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
• The product is not custom-made, personalized, or engraved.

Note: Custom-made, engraved, or specially sized jewelry pieces are non-returnable unless found defective.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-designed or engraved jewelry
• Personalized orders
• Items marked as “Final Sale”
• Products damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or mishandling

Exchange Policy

If you’d like to exchange an eligible item for a different size or design (of equal or higher value), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability and approval.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

1. Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
2. Include clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
3. We will review and offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the situation.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved and we receive the item in its original condition:

• A refund will be initiated to your original method of payment.
• Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

How to Initiate a Return

Please follow these steps to request a return:

1. Email us at zafrir87@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and product photos (if applicable).
2. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
4. Ship it using a trackable shipping method to the address provided.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error.
